I just wanted to do a quick post showing off the latest addition to my MAC lipstick collection, Creme Cup.
Creme Cup is a gorgeous color that is quite natural looking on most light skin tones and is definitely my best MLBB (my lips but better) shade, meaning it’s close to my natural lip color but amped up a bit.
MAC’s Creme Cup is described as a light blue pink and has their Cremesheen finish. Despite the initial ultra creamy, smooth texture of the Cremesheen lipsticks, some people find them drying, myself included. They feel really moisturizing as first but before too long, some of the creaminess wears away and my lips are left feeling kinda dry and chapped. This leads to me trying to get a little relief by reapplying these lipsticks often and that of course leads to more dry lips! It’s a vicious cycle of lipstick reapplication.
Even with it being a little drying, I’m still a big fan of Creme Cup and think it’s a wonderful shade for a natural but put together look.
