Maybelline Creamy Matte Lipstick in Divine Wine Swatches

Ahh, Divine Wine. We finally meet.

Maybelline Divine Wine

I’ve had my eye on this stunning shade for a while now but up until a couple of days ago, I couldn’t find it in stock in any stores! So naturally when I did find it, I snatched it up real quick. I already knew I was going to love this lipstick considering I already own Touch of Spice, another shade in the line, and have been super pleased with the formula. If you’d like to see Touch of Spice as well as a review of the Maybelline Creamy Matte Lipstick formula, click here!

Divine Wine is a deep, burgundy leaning red that is, not surprisingly, reminiscent of red wine. The formula is very comfortable and I didn’t find it be at all drying. These lipsticks also last really well throughout the day.

Have you tried any of the Maybelline Creamy Matte Lipsticks yet? What do you think of them?

  1. This is sooooo nice!! I have Touch of Spice too, and I love this formula! I hope Maybelline releases new shades eventually. I def have to pick this one up soon.

  2. This is lovely on you! Maybelline hasn’t yet released these where I am 🙁 It kills me, I want to try this and Touch of Spice so badly!

  3. Everything ,be it ur lip swatch,ur hand swatch or ur overall makeup and look, everything is beyond superb…….love ur makeup skills

    1. Hey there! It’s been a while but I’m wearing Makeup Geek shadows there. I believe Peach Smoothie, Chickadee, Frappe and Sweet Dreams pigment.

  4. This lipstick is AMAZING!!! My skin has very strong warm undertones so I was aware of the fact that it might look different (ie not as good) on me, but the color irl is just like your swatches! It is a bit dark, not an everyday wear kind of lipstick, but def something I’d choose when I wanna go for a bolder look (but tbh I’ve been using it everyday, just lightly tapping it on my lips or wearing it as gradient lips make it look very nice, not too harsh at all!)
